Nowadays, when demand for labour is at an all-time high, knowing how to promote yourself has become a must in order to secure a job. Yet, despite its great importance, many of us are still far from promoting ourselves effectively. Custom or cultural conservatism, which places little trust in new choices or alternatives, often makes sending CVs or registering at job agencies the only ways of looking for a job. Unfortunately, depending only on these two approaches on their own is like placing your professional future in the hands of fate. And fate at times may be very bleak.
